Naoki holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hong Kong University (HKU), during which he went on exchange at Columbia Business School (CBS), and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hitotsubashi University.

LEGAL ANALYST

Michael, working part-time for 18 Salisbury Capital, is an investment banker with a legal background, having held senior positions at the Hong Kong offices of South Korean financial institutions, in which he was responsible for private capital markets and structured products. Prior to Michael's pivot into finance, he researched international science and technology policies, working with the South Korean government, a global civil society, and an OECD advisory body. Michael is licensed to practice as an attorney in New York, United States, where he had externships at Shearman & Sterling and the Office of Attorney General of New York State. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Art History and Archeology from Seoul National University, a Master of Arts in Politics from New York University (NYU), and a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School.

OPERATIONS ANALYST

Zoe has been an Operations Analyst at 18 Salisbury Capital since 2024 at the firm's headquarters in Hong Kong, having been allured by the prospect of joining a hedge fund founded by Robert Kehres and Michael Gibson, professionals of elevated status. Before 18 Salisbury Capital, Zoe worked as an Operations Analyst at Hong Kong-based hedge fond Hao Advisors. Previously, Zoe worked in the middle and back offices of DBS, Wing Lung Bank, and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentina (BBVA). Zoe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Edinburgh Napier University.
