Robert exemplifies the essence of the American dream. Both an Oxford and Cambridge graduate (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics; 1st Class Honours and Distinction), Robert became Hedge Fund Manager at 18 Salisbury Capital aged 30. Additionally, Robert is a Founding Partner at Longshanks Capital, a systematic equity derivatives proprietary trading firm Robert founded with Marc-Antoine Chaudet and Kevin Schneider. Entrepreneurially gifted, Robert also founded VC-backed and EBITDA-profitable technology ventures Dynamify with Maxwell Harding, KOTH Gaming with Kamalpal Randhawa, and Yoho with Olivier Verhage. Robert began his career in convertible bond arbitrage and special situations with Luca Demichelis at LIM Advisors, Asia's longest continually operating hedge fund, aged 20 before his success as a quantitative trader at J.P. Morgan alongside Managing Directors Chinedum Nzelu and Arnaud Flausser. Robert is a CFA, CAIA, and FRM charterholder.

Michael carries more than four decades of professional experience in alternative investment management, entrepreneurship, financial services, fundraising, prime brokerage, private equity, risk management, and trading. Previously, Michael was Partner with Hedge Fund Manager, Founder, and CIO George Long at Asia's first multi-strategy hedge fund, LIM Advisors, for two decades, where Michael was pivotal in growing the franchise and fundraising c. USD 2 billion in AUM. As a result, LIM Advisors's funds in aggregate AUM ranked in the top 10 across all hedge funds in Asia for numerous years in the 2000s and 2010s. Before LIM Advisors, Michael was Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where he was Head of Equity Financing Services for Morgan Stanley Asia, responsible for Prime Brokerage, Securities Lending, and Equity Swaps. Michael began his career as a commodities trader at a prestigious Swiss trading firm. Michael is now CEO and Vice Chairman of cross-border Asian private equity firm ZQ Capital.
